well, i just got back home and i guess you can probably tell from the splash page on our site what has happened. my mother died 11 days ago after a
2 year fight against colon cancer. that's all i can say about that.
we would like to thank everyone that helped us on our european tour this year. we would also like to thank all the people who came out to support us.
we had a great time and we will be back next year. highlight of the tour had to be the groez rock festival. what a great group of people that put that
monster together every year, very impressive.
also, sorry to anyone who came out to see us at:
05/08 roda de ter, spain
05/10 mountours salle du clos, france
05/11 worcester, england
05/12 portsmouth, england
due to my mothers illness we canceled the last week of tour so i could fly home. we will make those dates up the next time we come over.
we are working on writing songs for our new record right now, so it's been lot's of time in the rehearsal space.
we will be going into the studio june 14 to record with mass giorgini at sonic iguana (the man behind our last two efforts).
the songs are coming together very well, so hopefully we can pull this sucker off. we are talking with a few labels right now, so we should be
able to get a release date out in the next few months.
'seven mile road' (the discography cd) is being put together this summer and will be out in the fall. the big hold up has been recording new songs,
so after we get out of the studio we will be adding 2 new songs to the cd. one of the songs is a re-recording of an old song that got a lot of
play back in the day. should be a nice little surprise for you face to face fans.
we will also be putting together a new video this summer for another video compilation coming out in the fall. the video will be for a song off 'copper regret'
but we are not sure which song we are using yet. any ideas??? please let us know. click here to suggest a song
guess that's it for now. check back in the next few weeks for some mp3's of the new songs. we'd like to know what you think. thanks bryan
